Custom Processing

Custom processing is our bread and butter, it is what we are here to do. We searched endlessly to find the highest quality, highest output machines to ensure a great finished product in a timely manner. We specialize in protien fiber such as wool, alpaca, goat, and many others!

To submit a custom processing order request please see guidelines below:

• Print and fill out the sheet below and include it when dropping off or shipping. We will not accept any orders without this form attached. If you require multiple jobs, please fill out one sheet per order and label bags accordingly.
• We request that you skirt your fiber before shipping. We do not take any fiber with wood chips used as bedding since this will damage our machines. Any fiber that requires excessive skirting will be charged a fee of $25/hour. A great end product is made with a great starting product!
• We require a minimum of 3 inch staple length to go through our machines properly.
• If we need to add wool to any exotic fibers we will contact you to discuss current pricing and options.
• Once the fiber is ready for drop off or shipping, please place fiber in clear, plastic bags that are clearly labeled per job.
• Please reach out to us to set up a time for drop off if you prefer this to shipping.
• There is a 7 pound minimum charge for each order.
• We may reject fiber for any reason and will coordinate with you for disposal options. We will not take in any fiber with lice or moths.

Once the order is completed we will contact you for payment before releasing the order for shipping or pick up. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
